Fisher Brewing Company

A. Fisher Brewing Company is a true brewery. The outside building is brick, painted in light blue, with their name in neon across the top. It seems deceiving until you step inside. You are greeted by friendly and pleasant employees. They only sell beer, but there is a lot to choose from. They have their own brewery tanks visible inside for the public to see. To accommodate hungry guests, different food trucks park outside and come daily. A monthly calendar displayed on their wall shows scheduled food trucks. Lively, upbeat music was playing, and people were sitting and enjoying their meals at wood tables. It was a unique place to stop and eat. Visit the A. Fisher Brewing Company when in the area.

Pretty good overall. Beer selection is great, staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Nice to go selections, and plenty of seating. Rotating food trucks to offer variety. Patio seating is a plus, other than when entitled customers smoke/vape and it blows in your direction (even though they have no smoking signs). It should be enforced more. Pet friendly for better or worse (usually better), but again that depends on the animal's owner. Would love to do a 4.5 but alas. Overall a mostly enjoyable experience

My husband and I love Fisher so dearly. We have celebrated many milestones here as well as made a few friends along the way. The tap selection rotates seasonally while still keeping the classics on hand. With their newly granted liquor license you are able to enjoy their own canned high points on site as well as a small selection from places around SLC. Don’t forget to bring your favorite games to play while you enjoy the atmosphere that will have you thinking you are in Colorado or Wisconsin.

Fisher is my pick for the best brewery experience in SLC. Everything about the space is thoughtful, a nice engaging patio that adds to the neighborhood, rotating food trucks out front, amazing bike parking to accommodate more people, several different spaces inside where you can pick your vibe, and a dog friendly courtyard they cover and heat in the winter. Multiple bars so you never have to wait to be served, and always great service. Their space is so good that I haven't even talked about the beer yet! They usually have over a dozen rotating options, good quality beer, and a variety of styles, though it seems pale ale is their go to. I like that they offer 10 oz pours so I can try more different beers, or when I don't want to drink a full pint. My top recommendation if you want to hang out at a brewery!
